In this world, there are so many certificates that should be submitted to various organizations. But, they should be issued manually by a visit to government offices or by a mail-request to organizations. How can you print such a certificate at your home or in your office 24 hours a day?

On-line certificates printing is very convenient to users, but requires national top-level security mechanisms to service providers.
E-Page SAFER was developed to provide e-secured certificates printing and deployed at more than 200 organizations :government offices, financial organizations, colleges, associations, and etc. Before printing the certificates should be controlled user activities: screen capturing, saving on computers and storage devices, printing through remote printers, and so on.

Even after certificates are printed, it should be ensured that the printed documents should not be forged or modified. For the purpose, 2D barcode and watermarking technologies are employed.
