MarkAny Hardcopy Document System to Audit and Construct Supervisory Monitoring for Hardcopy Control and Protection
MarkAny HDS restricts user's unnecessary activities in order to protect top-security information and centralizes internal document management and control user access. Using Printed Watermarking technology, it tracks hardcopy documents to verify malicious use and notices security warning internal users for auditing.
Overview
HDS embeds important hidden information into organization's logo, official seals or images invisibly by using watermarks for its genuineness of a document so that security manager can monitor and trace all accesses of classified information and documents by using watermark detection. It also utilizes visible watermark and high-density 2D barcode for the legal proof of originality and to prevent any forgery.
